Our flexible nylon tubing is the best choice for outdoor and extreme condition use. It has excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals including oils, gasoline, hydraulic fluids, salt solutions, and bases. Nylon tubing also provides very low moisture absorption, high psi burst, and excellent UV resistance.

Temperature range: -40° F to 225° F
Minimum burst: 1000psi
Bending radius: 1/4" = 1", 3/8" = 1/2", 1/2" = 2"

The Nylon airline we sell here has been selected to work well with all of our pneumatic fittings that accept 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2” airline. It is black, semi-rigid, very tough, and the best for outdoor use.. Use the 3/8” or 1/2” inch size as main line from the compressor out to props and cylinders. Then branch off using the 1/4” airline. Or use 3/8” directly to cylinders that have 3/8” ports and 1/4” airline to cylinders that have 1/4” ports.
