    The machined aluminum parts provide a lightweight, rugged construction. The unit now features a 12 volt wiper motor for handling increased loads and a redesigned mounting bracket for quick and easy installation. We have also added mounting holes to the sides of the bracket for attaching a spine brace directly to the unit without any external support. The turning assembly rides on a 3 inch swivel bearing that is rated at 200lbs of down force and the base accepts 1 inch PVC pipe for easy connection. It can be made to accept 3/4" or 1/2" PVC with the addition of a reducer fitting. The motor features a low friction nylon roller for quiet operation and long life. Mounting hardware is included.

    This kit includes:

    • (1) Assembled prop turning mechanism (with Motor)
    • (6) #10 x 3/4" wood screws for mounting

    Power supply is optional but required. We recommend using a 12 volt 5 amp power supply paired with an Optional Speed Controller to obtain the desired movement from the mechanism.

    Installation notes:

    Horizontal mounting only! Mounting surface must be level to keep components properly aligned.

    The "spine" must be supported above the unit to prevent side loading of the bearing! Failure to do so will cause binding and premature failure.

    Keep the unit dry. If you plan to leave it outdoors, you must provide some reasonable protection from the elements.
